CANADIAN IMMIGRATION

 投资移民机会

On June 26, 2010, the Federal Government made big changes to the Federal Skilled Worker Program.  One of the biggest changes is to the Government’s list of eligible occupations.  Several of the most popular job categories were taken off the list, plus several new ones were added.  Some of the new occupations include: dental hygienist & dental therapists, dentists, and social workers.

Another big change affects the most popular jobs that are still included on this list.  There is now a yearly cap of 20,000 applications that will be considered for processing.  Furthermore, only 1,000 applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing yearly.  This means that popular occupations such as nurses must apply quickly, as these occupations will quickly meet the maximum threshold.

Applications under this program are taking 6 to 12 months to process.

It is an excellent time to apply for Canadian Immigration. Canada has been continually ranked by the United Nations as one of the best places to live in the World.  Plus the Canadian economy is booming, which has led to very liberal immigration approval rates.  Darren Silver & Associates can meet all your Canadian Immigration Needs.

Why Canada:

Canadian Permanent Residents have access to a wide range of social benefits, including free health care.  Permanent residents can also live and work anywhere in Canada.  Permanent Residents can also apply for full Canadian Citizenship after living in Canada for three full years.

Why hire an Attorney:

You are hiring an attorney to make the immigration process as easy and as fast as possible.

Many people, who choose to file an application without an attorney, find they leave out important details on the application.  Any errors, including simply missing one date on an application, will result in the entire application being returned.  Resubmitting applications because of errors slows down the immigration process.

Furthermore, there is a lot of information and documents to provide.  An Attorney will be able to guide you to ensure you put the best application forward.

Why choose Darren Silver & Associates:

When you choose Darren Silver & Associates you are hiring a licensed Canadian lawyer to work personally on your file.  Our firm tailors our approach to each case to meet our clients’ specific needs. Above and beyond merely putting together strong applications for our clients we offer:
